Gaafaru is a small, unspoiled Fishing Village. An island surrounded by a big reef and it has one of the largest lagoon. The island is very clean, and the people are friendly and nice.
This small island has a population of 1100 and a couple of guesthouses. Gaafaru island is only island of Gaafaru atoll with excellent transport accessibility. Gaafaru is a tiny island – you can walk from one side to the other in just a few minutes
There are 5 shops on the island, where you can buy souvenirs and some food, sweets, fruit etc.
There are 4 coffee shops, where you can sit down and relax drinking coffee or black tea or have food.
