Island Description
Hithaadhoo is an inhabited island in the Baa Atoll. It is one of the large islands in the atoll with a massive reef area. The island has a population of 1260 inhabitants and is 800 m long and 490 m wide. There are several surrounding uninhabited islands near Hithaadhoo.
There are many shops, cafes and restaurants on the island which serves local and international dishes
The island is surrounded by white sandy beach with crystal clear lagoon. You can enjoy suntanning, swimming, snorkeling, fishing. Also you can get water sports facilities for rent.
As diving is popular in this area you can enroll in in-house and dive trips conducted by the island dive centers.
